Music students in St. Anne’s are always encouraged to take part in any competitions that are available to them including:

• Solo Performance
• Group/Ensemble Performance
• Composition competitions

Each year St. Anne’s have entrants in the very popular A-Factor competition, an inter-schools talent competition in Tipperary Town.

In 2016, Caoimhe Carey and Ellie O’Donoghue wrote a song entitled ‘Páistí 1916’ and entered in the Scór, Song to Commemorate 1916 Competition.  The girls were very successful with this song and it is now printed in a book, Amhrán ag Comóradh 1916, published by Scór.
